Our Story

South Bend Bakes was founded by Frank Morrys with a simple goal: to bring high-quality pastry education to South Bend. After years of working in big cities and honing his craft, Frank recognized a need for a local space where people of all ages and backgrounds could learn the joys of baking. Starting as a small, weekend-only workshop, South Bend Bakes quickly grew due to the incredible support from the community.
